P=2L+2W=126 m Substitute for W, solve for L
2L+2(L/2)=126 m
2L+L=126 m
3L=126 m
L=42 m ANSWER 1 Length of rectangle is 42 meters
W=L/2=42 m/2=21 m ANSWER 2 Width of rectangle is 21 meters
