Let width of larger monitor be W

Then length of larger monitor = W + 5

Area of larger monitor = W(W + 5), or 

Since area of smaller monitor is 70 sq”, and since this area is 80 sq” smaller

than the larger monitor, then area of larger monitor = 150 (70 + 80) sq"
