You can put this solution on YOUR website!
an angle is 25 degrees less than the measure of its complement. what is the measure of the smaller angle?
------------
Let the angle be "x" degrees.
The other angle is "x+25" degrees
EQUATION:
x + x+25 = 90
2x = 65
x = 32.5 degrees (smaller angle)
x+25 = 57.5 degrees (complement of smaller angle)
