What a nice young man he is!
.
On the 32 foot side, he can plant every two feet, so 32/2 = 16
On the 46 foot side, he can plant every one foot, so 46/1 = 46
Assuming the garden is a rectangle, he can plant two sides at 16 and two at 46
2*16 = 32
2*46 = 92
Added together =124
Half that if there are other things already planted on two sides.
