let width is x cm
and lenghh is x+4 cm
p= 2(l+b)
20=2(x+4+x)
20=2(2x+4)
20=4x+8
4x=20-8
4x=12
x=12/4
x=3
length =7cm and width is 3cm
area=lxb
3x7 =21 cm^2
answer AREA =21 squere cm
