draw this out you will see a right triangle formed by a horizontal line from
the top of 20m building to the side of the 25m building (12m), the difference
in the two buildings height (5m), and the distance between the tops.

Using pythag, a^2 + b^2 = c^2, where
a=12, b=5, c=distance between the tops

c^2 = 12^2 + 5^2
c^2 = 144 + 25
c^2 = 169

c = 13m apart
