Find the measures of two supplementary angles if 4 times the measure od one is 36 degrees more than twice the measure of the other.
------
Equations:
x + y = 180
4x = 2y + 36
--------------------
Modify:
x + y = 180
2x - y = 18
-------
Add and solve for "x":
3x = 198
x = 66 degrees
y = 180-66 = 114 degrees
