Write the inverse, converse and contrapositive of the following
conditional, and state whether each is true or false.

If your computer screen is turned on, then you will see pictures.

Inverse:

If your computer screen is not turned on, then you will not see pictures.

Converse:

If you will see pictures, then your computer screen is turned on.

Contrapositive:

If you will not see pictures, then your computer screen is not turned on.

As far as whch is true in reality, it depends on other conditions. Sometimes a
computer screen is blank even though it is turned on, because the settings are
for it to do that instead of starting a screen saver. The monitor could be
broken, etc. If your monitor is working properly and the power is not off, then
all of them might be true. I'll let you decide which ones are true.

One thing to note is this:

The original statement and its contrapositive are equivalent, i.e., each
implies the other. The inverse and the converse are also equivalent.
