A rectangle's length is 3 more than three times its width
finding the Dimensions is to find the length and width
2L + 2W = 110cm
L + W = 55cm
3W +3 + W = 55cm
4W = 52cm
W = 13cm and L = 42cm and
A = L•W = 13cm•42cm = 546cm^2
