Since the cone has a radius of 1, the cube must have an edge measure of 2. Then the volume of the cube is 
and the volume of a pyramid with the same base area and height as a rectangular prism is one-third of the volume of the prism. A cylinder has a volume that is found by multiplying the area of the base times the height. The volume of a cone with the same base area and height as a cylinder is one-third the volume of the cylinder.
