First off, draw a diagram with pencil/paper. It's a bit of a headache drawing one online.

After that, you can prove it several ways; you can use a direct proof, or perhaps a proof by contradiction (e.g. assume the triangle wasn't equilateral, i.e. DC, EA, BF are not all equal).
