Hi, let x and y be the measures of the first and second angles respectively.
Then we have,
x=18+4y
x+y=90 (complimentary angles)
So, solving the system gives the unique solution pair (x,y):
Sub the first eqn into the second to get
18+4y+y=90
5y=72
y=14.4
So, x=18+4(14.4)=75.6
