Complementary angles are angles that when added=90 degrees(a right angle)
Let the smaller angle=x
Then the bigger angle=x+62
The smaller angle+the bigger angle=90
x+(x+62)=90
x+x+62=90
2x+62=90
2x+62-62=90-62
2x=28
2x/2=28/2
x=14
The smaller angle:x=14 degrees
The larger angle:x+62=14+62=76 degrees
