It looks like the total of those taking English + History
English + Foreign Language and those taking all three add
up to more than the 281 supposed to be taking English.
I get
E + H 160 + 36
E + FL 107 + 36
Count the 36 taking all three once, so
160 + 107 + 36 = 303
