Find the length of a rectangular lot with a perimeter of 94 m if the length is 5 m more than the width.

Let the width be "x" meters.
Then length is "x+5" meters.

Equations:
Perimeter = 2(length + width)
94 = 2(x+5 + x)
47 = 2x+5
2x = 42
x = 21 meters (width)
x+5 = 26 meters (length)
