The pentagon is not uniquely determined. To see why, draw line AB of length 180 mm. Construct the perpendicular bisector of AB. Pick some point on this bisector relatively close to AB and label it C.
Given lines AC and BC, we can let these be the bases of isosceles triangles ADC and BEC, where AD = DC = BE = EC = 150 mm. However, if C's position changes, so will the positions and relative sizes of the triangles, and hence, the interior angles.
