(10+2x)(14+2x)=1,400+145
1,400+28x+20x+4x^2=1,545
4x^2+48x+1,400-1,525=0
4x^2+48x-125=0

x=(-48+-sqrt[48^2-4*4*-125])/2*4
x=(-48+-sqrt[2,304+2,000])/8
x=(-48+-sqrt4,304)/8
x=(-48+-65.6)/8
x=(-48+65.6)/8
x=17.6/8
x=2.2 ans. for the width of the grass border.
