The Perimeter of a triangle is 240 mm. If the longest side is seven times the length of the smallest side and the other side is four times the length of the smallest side. find the lengths of all both sides.
let the smallest side be x
longest side is 7x
Third side = 4x
X+4x+7x= 240
12x=240
x=20 smallest side
longest side is 7x = 140mm
third side = 4x = 80mm
