The distance from the Origin to all vertices is 25.
A vertex is at (15,20).
The distance to it is sqrt(15^2 + 20^2) = 25.

If we place our rectangle at the origin, we create four coordinates:
(20,15), (20,-15) (-20,15), and (-20, -15)
Since the largest value is 20 for both x and y, the largest y-value as we rotate will also be 20.
