If the perimeter is 28. then side = 7.
We use Pythagorean theorem and get
a^2 + b^2 = c^2
7^2 + 7^2 = c^2
49 + 49 + c^2
98 = c^2
c = sqrt(98) = 7sqrt(2)
This is the diagonal
