Question 256977: if you were to trim this rectangle so that it was a square measuring 2 1/4 cm on each side how much would you cut from the base and from the height?
Answer by solver91311(24713) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
You did not bother to share the dimensions of the rectangle. Subtract 2.25 from the measure of the length. The difference is the amount to be trimmed from the length. Subtract 2.25 from the measure of the width. The difference is the amount to be trimmed from the width.
