No. If the width is 12 meters, 2 meters longer than TWICE the width is 26 meters. This may be fine in a backyard with one dimension of 30 meters. But then how is anyone here supposed to know what is appropriate? Mathematically, a 10,000 meter by 20,002 meter rectangle fits the parameters of the problem and, for that matter, so does a 2.02 meter by 0.01 meter rectangle, but I'm certain such sizes violate some other criteria that you may have but have failed to share. Give us a break. We aren't clairvoyant.
