Question 245671: I have no clue how to set up this word problem, I think it has to do with factoring, but I don't know how to set it up: If the width of a rectangular box is increased by 2cm and the length is increased by 1cm the volume of the resulting box is 96cm^3 greater than the volume of the original box. Find the dimensions of the original box.

I don't really know how to set this up either, and the way I'm looking at it
it seems that it could have multiple solutions
1 such solution is simply
l = 0
w = 0
h = 48
as it would result in a volume of zero.
and increasing it by 1 and 2 respectivley
l = 1
w = 2
h = 48
which has a volume of 96, 96cm^3 above zero
