I am having a hard time figuring this out. Can someone please walk me through on how to solve this problem? It will be greatly appreciated.

Express 2 2/3 as an improper fraction 8/3.
Express 5 3/4 as an improper fraction 23/4

Now, form a ratio of these two numbers:
