You need to calculate the cost per square inch of pizza for each of the three sizes. Presuming the pizzas are circular (reasonable since the given dimension is the diameter), calculate the area of each pizza using the formula for the area of a circle:
remembering that the radius is one-half of the diameter.
Once you have calculated the three areas, divide the price for that size pizza by the area. The smallest number will be the smallest cost per square inch of pizza and therefore the best value.
