Question 206324: The slope of line l is greater than 1, and teh angle formed by line l and the y-axis has a degree measure of m. which of the following is the fange of possible values for m?

A slope of 1 makes an angle of 45 degrees with both the x- and y-axes, but we are concerned with the y-axis here. A slope greater than 1 will make the angle with the y-axis smaller, but it can't be smaller than 0. So, the range of possible angle measures from the y-axis will be 0 < m < 45. Some teachers would allow 0 as an answer; if so the range of values would be 0 ≤ m < 45.
