If the radius of the wheel is 6 inches, then the circumference is  = 12\pi)
. Every time the wheel rolls 
inches, the wheel makes one revolution. So calculate:

The x-intercept is the x-coordinate of the point where the line intersects the x-axis. All points on the x-axis have a y-coordinate of 0. Therefore, the ordered pair describing the point of intersection with the x-axis for an x-intercept of 4 is (4, 0).
Using a similar argument, the intersection point of the line with the y-axis is (0, 2).
