Let length be 3x and let width bwe 2x.

EQUATION:
Perimeter = 2(length + width) = 55 cm
2(3x+2x) = 55 cm
2*5x = 55 cm
2x = 11 cm
x = 6.5 cm

2x = 11 cm (width)
3x = 3*6.5 = 19.5 cm (length)

EQUATION:
2x + 4x + 5x = 30 cm
