We consider the given 'height' = highlight(L)ength= (9-3/4)m
Also, the given base=highlight(W)idth=(5-3/5)m
So,
P=2(L+W)
P=2((9-3/4)+(5-3/5))
P=2((14-(15+12)/20))
P=2(14-27/20)
P=2(15-7/20)
P=(30-7/10) ----------> P=30.70m
