MONTH 3=60 (3,60)
SLOPE=(60-50)/(3-1)=10/2=5
50=5*1+b
b=50-4
b=45
THUS THE EQUATION IS:
Y=5X+45
Y=5*7+45
Y=35+45
Y=80 PROJECTED SALES IN THE 7 th. MONTH.
OCTOBER WOULD BE MONTH 7
