2 inches radius =4π inches per revolution.
4π inches/revolution*14 rev/sec*3600/sec/hr=633345.079 inches/hr
there are 63,360 inches per mile. Therefore, if one divides by inches/mile the units are miles/hr.
so it is traveling at 9.996 mph or 10 mph
