The other tutor used the wrong trig function....

A student with just a little bit of knowledge of basic trigonometry won't even bother to use formal trig functions. The 30 degree angle means the length of the ladder (hypotenuse) is twice the length of the short side of the triangle, which is 104cm.

ANSWER: 2(104cm)=208cm
