The right triangles on each side are congruent.

The area of each triangle =

So the area of the two triangles = 2(10.39743928) = 20.79486056

The area of the rectangle between the two triangles =
(base of rectangle)∙h = 14∙8 = 112

Total area of trapezoid = 20.79486056 + 112 = 132.7948606.
