The diagonals of a rectangle bisect each other, so the intersection point (-4,2) is the midpoint of BD. Find the coordinates of B (the other end of BD) knowing that the midpoint is (-4,2) and D is (-1,-1).
One easy way to do that is to look at how far you go in the x- and y-directions from the midpoint to the given point D, then start at the midpoint and go the opposites of those distances in the two directions to find B.
Making a rough plot of the points can help find the answer, and/or to see that the answer you come up with is reasonable.
