If E is the unnamed vertex at the right, then DFE is 60 degrees, because it is an equilateral triangle.
DFE and BFD together are 100 degrees, 60+40, and therefore BFA is 80 degrees. That makes ABF 20 degrees, because the two angles of an isosceles triangle that are equal comprise 160 degrees.
