A square field is meters on each side.(that "c" is probably typo): I guess it is meters, because is to small size of the side if light towers are built every meters
Beginning at one corner, light towers are built every on sides of the field.
the total length of sides of the field is
divide total length by :

so, towers are needed

If to follow the logic of the other tutor, you have 12 intervals of 10 meters each.

Hence, 13 light towers are needed.
