The yard is 4800 ft^2
9 sq ft is 1 sq yd (3 x 3 ft)
Therefore, it is 533.33 yds^2. He need part of a third bag, so he needs 3 bags.
Check--that is 20 x 26 2/3 yd or 533 1/3 yds^2,
