The total volume of the silo is pi*r^2 h, where r is the radius (8 ft) and h is the height 60 feet.
This is pi*64*60=12,063.7 ft^3,
1/3 of the volume is used so 2/3 is not being used.
2/3*(12,063.715)=8042.48 ft^3 are not being used, rounding at the end.
