The circumference of a circle is 2pi*r; therefore your circle is 628.318 meters in circumference. Your traps are 20 meters apart, so you will need approximately
628.318/20= about 32 traps needed for your field!!!!!!!!!!
If you're talking about the area, then the equation is pi*r^2. In this case, this amounts to 10000pi. If the traps are 20 meters apart, then the radius of 2 adjacent traps is 10 meters. The area of each trap circle is is 100pi. 10000pi/100pi=100 traps needed for the whole field!!!!!!!!!!!
