30 inches is 2.5 feet.

Each roll is 20 feet long
Each roll is 240 inches long
240 in per roll/ 32 in=7.5 rolls

1 ft = 12 inches.
Therefore, 30 inches = 2.5 ft.

Then the length of the piece of paper is  = 20 ft.
