Wall height:
30% is 8
70% is 12
.3(8)+.7(12) = 86.4 This is, according to your figures, the height of the wall.

Formula for the area:
Area = height * width
What is the width of your wall?

Doesn't make any sense at all. If 30% is 8, then 70% CANNOT be 12. Try again!!
