Question 1033496: The length, width, and height of a brick are 3, 4, and 5 inches, respectively. A similar brick has length of 12 inches. The smaller brick weighs 50 pounds. How much will the larger brick weigh?

Similar means each dimension is in the same ratio, here, brick 2 is 4 times the length height and width. 4*4*4 = 64 times the volume and weight.
64*50 = 3200 pounds. That's one heavy brick.
