How much will each visit cost Hailey? $1.50 for the first hour and an additional dollar for the portion of the second hour.
Each visit costs her $2.50
$27 / $2.50 = 10.8
Therefore, she loses money by buying the weekly pass if she visits fewer than eleven times (round up, since she's not visiting a portion of a time).
Pay as she goes if ten or fewer; buy the pass is eleven or more.

Each visit costs $2.50 to park, $1.50 for the first hour and $1 for the second half hour, since that is part of an hour.
Unlimited passes cost $27 a week.
$2.50x>=$27
x.>=10.8 times or at least 11 visits weekly to make buying the pass worthwhile
At 14 visits per week, she would save money.
