Then Paul has (340-x)$ as his money.
Peter had 1/4 of his money left.
Paul had 3/5 of his money left.
x/4=3/5(340-x)
5x=12(340)-12x
17x=12(340)
x=12(20)=240$
Peter had 240$ as his money.
Paul had 100$ as his money.
