We know that he made $540 for 40 hours
He worked 5 extra hours. Using the time * rate = profit,
the following question will help us out:
540 + 5(rate) = 621
5(rate) = 621-540 = 81
rate/5 = 81/5

rate = $16.20/hr of overtime
