* Mary has $42 left in her food budget for the month. Ground beef is $6 per pound, chicken is $3 per pound, and fish is $12 per pound. If a fish recipe feeds twice as many people as a chicken recipe, but half as much as a ground beef recipe, what protein is the best buy?
* Michael's Ascent car costs $15,000 and gets 20 miles per gallon. Jonathan's Pious car costs $35,000 and gets 40 miles per gallon. If gas costs $5 per gallon, at what mileage point will Jonathan's car be a better buy?
