Before she started her job, she saved $245. After she started the job, she saved the remaining amount, or $700-$245 = $455.
She earned the $455 in 14 weeks.
= $32.50 per week (or $4.64 per day)
*ASSUMING* 30 days per month, she earned $4.64 * 30, or $139.20
