Susan invests 3  times as much money at 5%  as she does at amount  4% 

Question states***  interest after 1  year is $570 

 .05(3x) + (.01)x = 570

  .15x + .01x = $570

    .16x = $570

       x = $3562.50 at 1%   and $10,687.50 at 5%  (3 times as much)
