Answer by mananth(16946)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
x pre sale tickets
y game day tickets
Total memberships
1 x + 1 y = 200 .............1

10 x + 20 y = 2500 .............2
Eliminate y
multiply (1)by -20
Multiply (2) by 1
-20 x \ -20 y = -4000
10 x + 20 y = 2500
Add the two equations
-10 x = -1500
/ -10
x = 150
plug value of x in (1)
1 x + 1 y = 200
150 + y = 200
y = 200 -150
y = 50
y = 50
150 pre sale tickets
50 game day tickets
