j + k + a = 120
:
Jane has a third of what John has
a = j
or
j = 3a

and Kevin has twice as much as Jane.
k = 2a
:
Find how much Jane has using the 1st equation, replace j and k
3a + 2a + a = 120
6a = 120
a = 120/6
a = $20
